Fantastic service!! I purchased a LG soundbar (SN6Y) with wireless subwoofer from Amazon and the sub wouldn’t pair up with the soundbar. No green light came on ever and I knew then something was wrong. Subwoofer was 3 years old and apparently bricked by an LG firmware update. LG support had no idea about this issue (very disappointing and borderline not believable) despite a simple Google search turning up a ton of people with exactly the same issue. EEPROM CHIP replacement for LG SN6Y Sound Bar with Subwoofer.
This sound bar is pretty good over all for a sound bar; I purchased it on Amazon in 2020 and enjoyed it until 2022. The Sub would disconnect randomly for months, then stopped connecting all together. Tried to find a solution online with LG and only got the run around. Started looking for a replacement LG sub and found Quyen Nguyen and his company SubwooferSaviors so I reached out to him and he guided me to his webpage. I watched his video and was sold on his service. Removed the mother board from just the sub and sent it off to him. Within a week it was repaired and on the way back to me. It is working great and sound so much better then it did without it. The small investment to have it repaired by far was better than a new purchase. Quyen is a great communicator and very fast with repair. I highly recommend his services.

There must be a defect in the engineering of LG’s sound bar subwoofers. Luckily, there are Subwoofer Saviours. Quyen replaced the EEPROM chip on the printed circuit board for a decent price, which includes return postage. Now the sound system of our large screen OLED TV is restored.

At some point in time LG somehow pushed out a faulty update which bricked my subwoofer completely, I was getting ready to replace almost the entire sound system but i figured it would be worth a try to look into what went wrong, I figured finding a solution would be cheaper than spending hundreds to replace everything. I found subwoofersaviors through reddit and they claimed to be able to repair this specific issue that had been affecting subwoofers.
The whole process was relatively easy. Their site has clear instructions on how to disassemble the subwoofer for shipping and how to ship it safely. They were very quick with repairs and shipping the board back. They kept me updated with every step in the order process and also had a chatbox in the site to answer questions I had. They shipped the subwoofer board back with more than enough protection as well, you can definitely tell they care about the board arriving without any damage ?.
I had my order back in late November 2023, its currently March 2024 and the subwoofer has been functioning perfectly every day since with no issues at all 🙂
