  • Domestic (USA & US Military): Return shipping is included in the total service cost.
  • International (Canada & Worldwide): Additional return shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

How to Remove & Prepare Your LG PCB Board

  1. Remove the Back Panel: Unscrew the panel and carefully pull out the PCB board.
  2. Disconnect Carefully: Detach the white speaker wire gently.

What to Ship

  • No Power? ➝ Send only the main board.
  • Red Light / Pairing Issue? ➝ Send both boards.
  • Unsure? ➝ Send both boards just in case.

How to Safely Handle the Ribbon Cable

  • DO NOT use pliers. Hold the blue tab and pull side to side using fingers.
  • The white connector stays on the board – don’t force it.

Recommended Packaging for LG Boards

  • ✅ Use a 9x6x3" box placed inside a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope.
  • ✅ A Small Flat Rate Box inside the padded envelope also works well.

Quick Shipping Tip

I recommend using USPS Priority Mail for tracked, fast, and affordable delivery. My personal favorite method is placing a 9x6x3" box inside a USPS padded flat-rate envelope.

   

Samsung Soundbar Shipping Instructions

If Sending the Entire Soundbar: (RECOMMEND TO HAVE FEDEX/UPS PACKAGE FOR YOU) I am not liable if you do not package well.

  • An additional $40 return shipping fee applies.
  • Please add the “Additional Return Shipping – IF shipping in entire Soundbar” item to your cart during checkout.

How to Remove & Prepare Your Samsung PCB Board

  1. Remove all 40 screws on the bottom panel.
  2. Slide off the bottom cover.
  3. Unscrew the 3 PCB board screws.
  4. Disconnect all 5 ribbon cables by lifting the black latch on each and pulling gently.
  5. Lift the board carefully — pins on the left side connect to another board.

What to Ship

  • ✅ Preferred: Send just the PCB board.
  • ✅ Not comfortable removing it? You may send the entire soundbar.

Packaging for Samsung Boards

  • ❌ Do not use padded envelopes or USPS small flat-rate boxes.
  • ✅ Use a sturdy box with thick foam or bubble wrap.
  • ✅ Ensure the board cannot bend or shift in transit.
