Return & Warranty Policy

At SubwooferSaviors, we take pride in the quality of our repairs and components. To maintain service integrity, we offer limited returns but stand behind our work with a solid warranty.


Non-Returnable Services & Parts

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • EEPROM Repair Services: All repairs are professionally performed, tested, and verified before shipping.

  • Pre-Programmed EEPROM Chips: These are tested for functionality prior to shipment. We cannot accept returns if damaged during installation.


✅ Eligible Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • SPN5B-W Standalone Subwoofer Units (if purchased as a full replacement):

    • Must be unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

    • Refunds issued once item is inspected and approved


1-Year Warranty

We offer a 1-Year Warranty on:

  • All EEPROM Repairs

  • SPN5B-W Standalone Subwoofer Units

This warranty covers:

  • Failure to power on

  • Pairing/sync issues

  • EEPROM corruption or boot issues

What’s not covered:

  • Physical damage

  • Incorrect self-installation

  • Water/electrical damage due to misuse
