Step 1: Payment & Return Shipping

Please complete your payment online before shipping. This generates your order number so we can track your board immediately upon arrival.

  • Domestic (USA & Military): Return shipping is FREE/Included.
  • International (Canada & Global): Return shipping is calculated at checkout.

1. What to Ship

  • No Power / Dead Board? ➝ Send only the main green board.
  • Red Light / Pairing Issue? ➝ Send both boards (Main board + small wireless daughter board).
  • Unsure? ➝ Send both boards just to be safe.

2. Removal & Ribbon Cable Warning

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING:
  • DO NOT use pliers on the ribbon cable.
  • Hold the blue tab and pull side-to-side with your fingers.
  • The white connector stays on the board. If you rip the white connector off, the board may be unfixable.

3. Recommended Packaging

The "Box-in-Bag" Method (Best Value & Safety):

  1. Place the board in a small sturdy box (approx 9x6x3").
  2. Place that box inside a USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope.
