📦 Return shipping is included in the total cost for PCB Board Repair domestic orders (United States & US Military Bases worldwide).

🌎 For Canadian and international customers, additional return shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

📦 LG Subwoofer Shipping Instructions

How to Remove & Prepare Your LG PCB Board

1️⃣ Removing the PCB Board:

  • Unscrew the back panel screws and carefully pull out the PCB board.
  • Be cautious of the short white speaker wire – disconnect it carefully.

2️⃣ Which Board(s) to Send?

  • No Power / No Light Issues? ➝ Send ONLY the big motherboard.
  • Red Light / Pairing Issues? ➝ Send BOTH the big motherboard & the small pairing board.
  • Unsure? ➝ You can send both if you’re not sure how to remove the ribbon cable.

3️⃣ Handling the Ribbon Cable Safely:

  • DO NOT use pliers – Gently hold the blue tab and pull side to side using only your fingers.
  • The white connector stays on the PCB board – do not force or remove it.

Recommended Packaging for LG Boards

✅ Use a minimum 9x6x3-inch box to protect your board.
✅ Place the box inside a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope for fast, tracked shipping.
✅ Alternatively, use a Small Flat Rate Priority Box inside the padded envelope.

📦 Samsung Soundbar Shipping Instructions

  • 🔁 An additional $40 return shipping fee applies if you’re sending in your Entire Samsung Soundbar.
  • “📦 Sending in the entire soundbar? Please add “Additional Return Shipping – IF shipping in entire Soundbar” to your cart along with the repair service during checkout.”

How to Remove & Prepare Your Samsung PCB Board

1️⃣ Disassemble the Soundbar:

  • Remove the 40 screws from the bottom panel.
  • Slide off the bottom cover.
  • Unscrew the 3 screws holding the main PCB board.
  • Disconnect the 5 ribbon cables by lifting the black latch on each connector and gently pulling the cable out.
  • Carefully lift the board — the pins underneath on the left connect to another board. Lift gently from both sides.

⚠️ Be very careful with the flex cables and connectors to avoid any damage.

2️⃣ What to Ship:

  • Preferably ship only the PCB board.
  • If you’re not comfortable removing it, you can send the entire soundbar.
  • 🔁 An additional $40 return shipping fee applies for full soundbar units.

Packaging for Samsung Boards

✅ DO NOT use padded envelopes or USPS small flat-rate boxes.
✅ Use a **larger box with foam or thick bubble wrap** to secure the PCB board.
✅ Ensure the board **cannot bend or move inside** the box.
