Shipping Instructions – Fast & Secure Repair Process

Step 1: Payment & Return Shipping

Please complete your payment online before shipping. This generates your order number so we can track your boards immediately upon arrival.

  • Domestic (USA & Military): Return shipping is FREE/Included.
  • International (Canada & Global): Return shipping is calculated at checkout.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please make sure to include “STE 3001-280” in the address label so your package is routed correctly.
Shipping Carrier: Use any carrier you want (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We recommend USPS since it’s often the best price for small packages, but it’s optional—choose whatever is cheapest/best for you.

International Shipping (Canada & Global) – IMPORTANT

To avoid customs fees, delays, or charges on return shipment, you MUST declare your package correctly:

  • Declare as: “Defective electronic board for repair and return”
  • Value: $0 – $10 (No commercial value)
  • Mark as: “Temporary export for repair”

DO NOT:

  • Declare full product value
  • Mark as merchandise or sale
⚠️ WARNING: If declared incorrectly, customs may charge import duties/taxes when the item is returned. Any fees due to incorrect declaration are the responsibility of the customer.

1. What to Ship

  • Please send both boards for all repairs to avoid delays in testing and diagnosis.
  • This includes the main green board and the small Bluetooth / wireless board attached to the main board by the ribbon cable.
  • Even for no power issues, please ship both boards just to be safe.
Important: Please always include both boards — the main board and the small Bluetooth / wireless board connected by the ribbon cable — so we can fully test and repair your unit without delays.

2. Removal & Ribbon Cable Warning

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING:
  • DO NOT use pliers on the ribbon cable.
  • Hold the blue tab and pull side-to-side gently with your fingers.
  • The white connector stays on the board. If you rip the white connector off, the board may be unfixable.
  • Please include the small Bluetooth / wireless board along with the main board when shipping your repair.

3. Recommended Packaging

The "Box-in-Bag" Method (Best Value & Safety):

  1. Place both boards in a small flat rate box (approx. 9x6x2").
  2. Wrap the boards carefully so the small Bluetooth / wireless board and ribbon cable are protected during shipping.
  3. Place that box inside a USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope.
