Remove all the screws on the back put your hand in the hole and pull. Be careful of the short wire. (Disconnect the white speaker wire)
There will be a total of 5 Silver screws on the PCB Board. Once removed, you can gently pull on each corner to release the old adhesive.
Send me ONLY the big motherboard if you have No Light and No Power. (Only Send me BOTH the big and the small pairing board if you have Red Light issues and/or Pairing Issues) You can send me both if you wish if you are unsure on how to pull the ribbon cable.
You can easily pull on the blue tab to release the ribbon cable, by holding the ribbon cable and pulling slowly side to side. (Use only your fingers) Please do not use any pliers to pull on the ribbon cable after you remove the back panel. The ribbon cable easily pulls out from the board. (Do not pull pull or touch the Plastic Piece on the PCB Board). The plastic white connector stays on the board like shown below.
If possible, I prefer USPS Priority Mail as this is the quickest and cheapest method to ship. Using a Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope would be best as shown below. I tend to get a small box like a 9x6x3 and put it inside this padded envelope. If you have to, you could also even use a Small Priority Mailbox from USPS and stuff it inside this Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope as Shown below:
