Fixed my dead subwoofer extremely fast
I realized that my subwoofer lost power, and I wouldn't even begin to understand this issue so I followed the advice of several others online and sent it in to Quyen. I can't believe how easy, fast, and cheap this was. I got it back super fast and it works like new. On one hand, I'm so grateful that Quyen provides such a great service, but on the other it's a shame that we can't rely on LG to fix their own problems. It would probably take them 5x as long and cost 3x as much. Thank you sooo much!!!

Excellent Service and Repair
After doing a lot of research online, all roads led to SubwooferSaviors to fix the issue that LG caused with my subwoofer. The service was fantastic and instructions to remove the necessary board very easy to follow. The board came back quickly, I popped it back in and everything finally worked again!

Fixed LG SubWoofer
Bought a LG sound bar and woofer at a sale. Took it home. Didn'[t work and out of warranty. Researched on the Internet and found SubWoofer Savior. Sent in my old chip and Quyen fixed and returned within a week. Worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Quyen fixed my subwoofer super fast! Instructions are clear and easy to follow and shipping was fast. LG bricked the product but Quyen can bail you out cheap! Highly recommend!
