Fixed my Sub
Found out about this after doing a google search. When I realized he was local I got in touch and less than 24 hours later I have a fixed sub. Thanks again for the fast communication and effective solution. Lame that the LGs fail so easily but glad to have found the solution.

Updated firmware
I am so glad I found this website. My LG subwoofer stopped working. I sent the board in to have the firmware reinstalled. He sent it back to me within about three or four days. Works great. He charged me aprox $65.00, LG wanted $200. ??????

1 week in still working
What can I say... Subwoofer stopped working, send in the board... now its working. Turn-around time was less than a week, with updates throughout the process. The board was packed securely on return. 1000 times better than buying a new sub, or a whole new system.
